4 ‘rebellious’ Manchester United players meet with the owner to make a special claim

The Daily Mail reports that a group of five 'senior' MU players are particularly concerned about the team's situation, they went straight to the door of CEO Richard Arnold's office, bypassing coach Ten Hag

MU is having the worst start in school history. However, the Old Trafford team’s leadership maintains its “peaceful” transfer stance. Although time is running out, MU is still down to Malacia, Eriksen, and Lisandro Martinez.

According to the Daily Mail, a group of MU players met with CEO Richard Arnold recently to express their concerns about the team’s personnel situation. At Old Trafford, this group is said to consist of five “senior” players, including captain Harry Maguire, superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, Bruno Fernandes, Luke Shaw, and Marcus Rashford.

This group urged the “Red Devils'” management to bring more recruits to Old Trafford immediately, or the club’s situation would worsen. This group expected the owners to bring in at least two quality players before September 1 to supplement the current extremely limited human resources.

Meanwhile, the Telegraph confirmed that this meeting was not facilitated by coach Erik Ten Hag. In other words, the aforementioned group of players does not trust the Dutch military leader. Ten Hag doesn’t seem to have a strong enough voice to force the Glazers to pay their bills. As a result, the superstars at Old Trafford believe that this is a common occurrence, not just Ten Hag’s.

Last summer, MU lost a slew of first-team stars. Edinson Cavani, Jesse Lingard, Juan Mata, Paul Pogba, and Nemanja Matic have all left Old Trafford, but they are all out of contract and have not brought any transfer money with them.

MU’s transfer information at the time is not very encouraging. Frenkie de Jong may not return, while Adrien Rabiot, Marko Arnautovic, Mauro Icardi, and Jamie Vardy are all “out of date.”

One of the reasons Ten Hag could not help Man Utd get points after his first two games in charge was a lack of quality in positions and a lack of the right players.

Following two humiliating defeats against Brighton and Brentford, the Red Devils were drawn in the third round of the Premier League against a formidable opponent, Liverpool. And Ten Hag has encountered difficulties from the start. According to M.E.N, sources in the Manchester United dressing room said that some Red Devils players felt the former Ajax coach’s approach was inappropriate for their abilities. As a result, the players desired a more practical approach against Liverpool.

That’s probably the last thing Ten Hag wants to hear right now. He was a big success at Ajax and was noticed by Manchester United because of his modern, fiery attacking style.

In relation to the match against Liverpool, Ten Hag is said to be prepared to bench captain Harry Maguire and start Raphael Varane in the center of defense alongside rookie Lisandro Martinez.
