Adele embraces a new chapter of luxury in her $58M Beverly Hills mansion, saying ‘Hello’ to a lavish life

Adele listed her Beverly Hills home for $12 million on Monday. Celebrities frequent Hidden Valley, a guard-gated neighborhood with the Hamptons-style house.

According to PropertyShark, the 34-year-old “Hello” and “Easy on Me” singer bought the mansion from TV personality and fashion designer Nicole Richie last May for over $10 million.

Adele also owned two nearby properties when she bought the one in question, according to records. First home, over 6,500 square feet, bought for $9.5 million in 2016 and another for $10.65 million in 2019. Adele bought residences through her business adviser’s trusts.

A few months before listing, the English chartreuse bought a 21,000-square-foot Beverly Hills Mediterranean-style mansion for $58 million. According to reports, the Sylvester Stallone home was listed for $110 million.

Images of the recently listed 5,500-square-foot property show an open living and dining area with a fireplace, a wood-paneled office with a door to the outside, an eat-in kitchen with wine storage and garden access, and a den and breakfast nook.

Main suite upstairs has fireplace, two closets, and bathroom with bathtub, rain shower head, and steam room behind metal framed doors, according to listing. The second floor has two more bedroom suites and a large playroom or guest room.

The backyard has a stone-encircled sports court, outdoor kitchen, trellis-covered dining terraces, pool, Jacuzzi, and lounge space. A chicken coop, fruit trees, and vegetable gardens are surrounded by high-quality artificial turf.
