Some Liverpool fans are upset with the unveiling of a mural in the team’s honor dedicated to Jurgen Klopp.
After leading the Reds for nine successful years, the manager made the announcement in January that he would be leaving the team at the conclusion of the current season.

As the season draws to a close, the number of games he still has control over is decreasing daily.
But a brand-new mural featuring Klopp was unveiled, so people will still remember him even if he departs Liverpool.
Erdinger and Klopp have collaborated for over four years.
It is located on the side of a building on Slater Street and has the brewery’s emblem along with a glass of German beer, Erdinger.
Fans on social media, however, didn’t think the tweak was good; one on X said, “It’s so annoying that these are all adverts now.”
“Whatever genuine mural culture there was is getting totally absorbed by the brands,” he continued.
One more individual said, “Yeah.” To be honest, this is nonsense. It’s unclear why a brand has to be involved.
Regarding the artwork by local artist John Culshaw, a fourth person commented, “Not a fan, just looks like a big advert.”
In a TV promo, Klopp, who formerly had a mural close to Anfield, said, “Never skim an Erdinger!” as an ambassador for the brand since 2019.
For more than four years, Erdinger and Klopp have worked together.

Erdinger may be preparing to try something similar toward the end of the season, given that Klopp went for a triple in his final weeks with the squad.
