Jennifer Lopez, a singer and songwriter, is selling her home in Los Angeles, where she has lived for seven years, for the price of $42.5 million. It has been stated by ET that Lopez made this decision barely six months after she tied the knot with Ben Affleck, and just a few weeks after the news surfaced about Affleck’s multimillion-dollar deal with Dunkin’ Donuts.
The over 14,000 square foot home, which is situated on approximately eight acres of land, can be found in the upscale Bel Air area of the City of Angels municipality. In accordance with the listing agency Carolwood Estates, the property features a private lake and beach that is equipped with an outdoor shower, private hiking paths, a guest house and a separate guest cottage, an amphitheater that can accommodate one hundred people, a pagoda that has a fire pit, a vegetable garden, and a garage that can accommodate thirty vehicles. This is essentially the party home of a celebrity’s dreams.
