Beyoncé and Jay-Z establish a new benchmark with their $200,000,000 mansion, California’s priciest home purchase

Beyoncé and Jay-Z have made the most expensive property purchаse in California with their $200,000,000 mansion, which they purchased with heavy spending.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé broke a brand-new record. Recently, the well-known couple bought a brand-new, lavish home in Malibu. Designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, who is now working on Kanye West’s future residence, the $200 million acquisition is the priciest property in California.

The $238 million flat in New York City is the most expensive residence in the country; the house is the second most expensive. The couple received a great deal on their current 30,000 square foot, all-concrete mansion, which was originally listed for $295 million.

Former owner William Bell, one of the world’s largest art collectors, spent fifteen years developing the estate. In the Paradise Cove community, Bell reportedly asked for a $100 million loan to build an 8-acre home with a concrete pool and views of the Pacific Ocean.

The power couple’s first Malibu purchаse was a $88 million mansion they purchased in Bel-Air back in 2017. Beyoncé is establishing a new company and introducing a new hair care line while on her lucrative world tour.

Recently, Jay-Z and their daughter Blue Ivy were spotted at one of the shows. The famous singer was applauded by the pair, who were delighted by her amazing performance.
