Beyoncé and Jay-Z secure the most expensive home in California with their $200,000,000 mansion

With their $200,000,000 mansion purchаse, Beyoncé and Jay-Z set a record for the most expensive home purchаse in California.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z broke a brand-new record. The well-known pair just bought a brand-new, lavish home in Malibu. The $200 million acquisition is the most expensive property in the state of California. It was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, who is currently working on Kanye West’s future residence.

The mansion is also the second most expensive in the country; a $238 million apartment in New York City is the most expensive home in the country. The couple originally paid $295 million for the 30,000 square foot, all-concrete house they currently occupy, so they received a great deal.

The previous owner, William Bell, is recognized as one of the world’s largest art collectors and spent 15 years constructing the house. Bell allegedly asked for a $100 million loan to build the eight-acre mansion in the Paradise Cove community, which included a concrete pool and a view of the Pacific Ocean.

This is the power couple’s second Malibu purchаse; they also acquired a $88 million Bel-Air property back in 2017. Beyoncé is launching a new hair care line and establishing a new business while on her successful world tour.

At one of the shows, Jay-Z and their daughter Blue Ivy were recently spotted. The well-known singer’s amazing performance was cheered on by the pair.
