Black millionaire Strive Masiyiwa has two $48M apartments at the top of New York’s Eldorado 29 Tower

For $24.5 million, Strive Masiyiwa, a Zimbabwean telecom entrepreneur, purchased two penthouse residences at the Eldorado skyscraper. According to The Real Deal, the adjacent homes in the 29-story rise at 300 Central Park had five bedrooms on the top two floors. It was sold by John and Valerie Rowe.

Strive Masiyiwa, 56, is the founder of Econet Wireless Group, a pan-African telecommunications company that has investments in telecom firms in New Zealand and the US and operates profitably in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Lesotho, and Burundi. Sure Kamhunga, a spokesman for Masiyiwa, was not available for comment.
