The Kelce children are curled up in this new area.
The beautiful playroom that Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie Kelce created for their four-year-old children Wyatt, Elliotte, two, and Bennett, eleven months, is one of the most cherished spaces in their Pennsylvania home.
The hub was renovated by the Kelces in collaboration with Pottery Barn Kids. It now features a mint green toddler play kitchen ($499) with a farmhouse sink, refrigerator, and stovetop for role-playing cooking sessions, as well as an art easel ($229).
Kylie declared, “Family is everything,” in a video revealing the playroom. “It’s really important to have this space feel cozy and comfortable.”
Naturally, Kylie, who wed the NFL star in 2018, places a high value on “kid durable” décor in their mobile home.
In terms of aesthetics, too? Adding a nod to her husband’s team color, “Shockingly enough, we are big fans of green,” she said. She added an accent wall, a huge tree-print ($499–$799) for the girls to play on, and a “beautiful sage” shade to the little kitchen.
It was also crucial that the space contain shelves and storage to accommodate many stories.
“Our family has always been a book club,” Kylie continued. “We started reading to my belly when Wyatt was still in there.”
Jason has already broken in the Green Toys tea set ($39) with his kids, like the girl dad he is. Tea parties are obviously only one of the ways he plans to pass the time during the off-season. (In the meantime, his brother Travis Kelce, whose girlfriend Taylor Swift encouraged him to win against the Baltimore Ravens on January 28, is hard at work getting ready to play in the Super Bowl with the Kansas City Chiefs.)
Regarding Jason’s NFL career, it might come down to a decision made during a game as to whether the 36-year-old will play one more season or hang up his Eagles uniform forever.
“When it’s time to officially announce what’s happening in the future,” he stated earlier this month on this New Heights radio show, “it’ll be done in a way that’s definitive and pays respect to a lot of people and individuals that have meant a lot to me and what has led to the career I’ve had.”
