If things don't get better, Thomas Tuchel's future at Chelsea could be bleak
Coach Tuchel is undoubtedly going through his most difficult period while guiding Chelsea. The summer results were well-received by the audience and the BLD. The Blues were very disappointed in their “underpowered” performance. Not to mention, Chelsea is having a hard time finding new players who moved to Stamford Bridge more for the sake of playing than for the purpose of reaching their maximum potential.
Given this concern, several football analysts recently voiced their opinions on Talksport and agreed that the German manager might end himself with “hanging hair” if he does not improve before the start of the next season, when Chelsea should be stronger.
Patrick Vieira wants to bring in another Chelsea midfielder because Conor Gallagher is absent.
Conor Gallagher was successfully borrowed from Chelsea by Crystal Palace the previous year. Gallagher has advanced and shone brilliantly while working under the famous Patrick Vieira. The midfielder, who was born in 2000, had 34 appearances in the Premier League and scored 8 goals and provided 3 assists. Gallagher’s selection for the England team was made possible by that outstanding performance.
Therefore, “Eagles” made the offer to buy the 22-year-old celebrity outright. Of course, losing a star player like Gallagher does not make the Blues “foolish.” The Three Lions player will be part of coach Thomas Tuchel’s plans for the upcoming campaign.
Gallagher was unavailable, therefore Crystal Palace instantly turned to Ruben Loftus-Cheek. The English midfielder is only a backup option to rotate in Thomas Tuchel’s side and does not frequently hold a starting place. Loftus-Cheek has to play more games at age 26 in order to advance in his career.
The 1996-born star spent the 2017–18 season on loan at Selhurst Park, so he is familiar with the venue. He appeared in 25 games for Palace, recording 2 goals and 5 assists. Loftus-Cheek has the versatility to play in a variety of positions, giving coach Vieira additional options for how to set up the team. The “eagles” desire a reunion with Loftus-Cheek, who is also out on loan for one season.
Conor Gallagher, a midfielder, joined Crystal Palace on loan from Chelsea this summer. The 21-year-old joined Patrick Vieira’s team right away and rapidly made himself indispensable. Both offensively and defensively, the English footballer plays fiercely.
His outstanding performance earned him a call-up to the England team for two matches in November. He has scored four goals in 11 appearances for Crystal Palace. The 21-year-old prospect was presented to the Three Lions by coach Gareth Southgate when he came on to replace Kalvin Phillips in the second half of the recent 10-0 triumph over San Mario.
