Rapper Wiz Khalifa, whose real nаme is Cameron Jibril Thomaz, of “Black and Yellow,” spent $3.4 million on a new Encino residence after three years of renting a $16,000-per-month Los Angeles apartment.
Though he recently upgraded to a more opulent estate three miles away for just over $7.6 million, Khalifa still owns that property as well as a one in Pittsburgh. It’s unclear at this time if he has already added his favorite features to the space, such a recording studio, a personal cannabis bar, and a game room with a Steelers theme.
His estimated net worth is $60 million, which he has amassed from his lucrative music career, the marijuana strain Khalifa Kush, and the smartphone app Weєd Farm, in which players plant and care for virtual crops.
