Discover the grandeur of Wiz Khalifa’s $7.6M LA mansion and the luxurious living it encompasses

Rapper Wiz Khalifa, whose real nаme is Cameron Jibril Thomaz, of “Black and Yellow,” spent $3.4 million on a new Encino residence after three years of renting a $16,000-per-month Los Angeles apartment.

Though he recently upgraded to a more opulent estate three miles away for just over $7.6 million, Khalifa still owns that property as well as a one in Pittsburgh. It’s unclear at this time if he has already added his favorite features to the space, such a recording studio, a personal cannabis bar, and a game room with a Steelers theme.

His estimated net worth is $60 million, which he has amassed from his lucrative music career, the marijuana strain Khalifa Kush, and the smartphone app Weєd Farm, in which players plant and care for virtual crops.

Constructed in this year, Khalifa’s contemporary farmhouse-style home spans more than 8,000 square feet and features an open concept living area with wood-beam ceilings, blonde hardwood floors, and designer light fixtures. It has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. A detached guesthouse, movie theater, gym, and home office are a few of the features.

The singer’s two-story stucco and wood home, which is tucked away down a long gated driveway, is fronted by a roomy motorcourt and an attached three-car garage. According to Architectural Digest, the singer’s collection of mostly vintage cars includes a 1969 El Camino, a Chevelle, muscle cars, and a Mercedes Benz.

Under a porte-cochère, a glass front entry is accessible through a double-height lobby. Accessible from there are a living area featuring a linear fireplace and sliding glass doors leading to the backyard, as well as an official dining room featuring a wet bar. The modern gourmet kitchen with a center island, Thermador appliances, a service bar with double-sided seating, and a breakfast nook is accessible from the family area.

The top master retreat features two showroom-style closets, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting space by the fireplace. One standout feature is the spa-inspired bathroom, which includes two vanities, an oval soaking tub, a large glass-enclosed shower, and a private balcony.

The almost half-acre property features a basketball court, an outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ and bar, a trellised eating area, a Baja-shelf pool and spa surrounded by a lush lawn, and a covered lounge patio with a fire pit. Within the 450 square feet of the guesthouse is a kitchenette and bathroom.
