This is less than a year after Yo Gotti bought his home on a hill in Los Angeles. The “Recession Proof” rapper owns a fully planted 3-acre property in Westlake Village, California. It has a ranch-style home in the Tuscan style, two pools, rose gardens, and a full-size tennis court.
Mario Mims’s first big hit came with the 2016 album “The Art of Hustle,” which made it to No. 4 on the Billboard 200. His song “Rake It Up” with Nicki Minaj made it to the top 10 of the ot 100 the following year. Nashville’s Collective Music Group (CMG) is run by Gotti, who is 41 years old.
Villa Forza in Westlake Village costs $1 million more than what Gotti paid for it in May. The house is almost 10,000 square feet and was built in the late 1990s. It has one level of living space and a view of the North Ranch Country Club golf course.
The insides are very nice. There are two metal and glass front doors that open into a big foyer with a skylight and views of the backyard and faraway hills.
There is a sitting room with a fireplace, a library, and six guest/family rooms. The chef’s kitchen is connected to a family room. The master suite has a home gym, an executive office, a formal dining room, two bathrooms, closets, fireplaces, and jacuzzis.
Outside, the house looks beautiful with well-kept rose and boxwood gardens, big palm trees, and peaceful streams. There are many terraces with views of the canyon where you can eat and enjoy outside. There is also an infinity-edge pool and a reflecting pool.
