Tiger Woods’ $54 million oceanfront home is a great place for his two kids to play golf.
The golf star built the house on Jupiter Island in 2010.
Tiger Woods’ home in Jupiter Island, Florida, made the news when his ex-girlfriend Erica Harmon sued him for $30 million (about £23.4 million), saying he kicked her out of the property they shared without a good reason.
We are now interested in the mansion, which is thought to be worth about £42 million (or $54 million), even though the case has been dropped. In 2010, the golf star built a new home with a lot of high-end features for himself and his kids, Sam Alexis (15) and Charlie Axel (14), who he shares with his ex-wife Elin Nordegren.

These include a large pool, a modern gym, oxygen therapy rooms, a private theater, a basketball-tennis court, and a mini golf course.
Its four holes on 3.5 acres resemble courses he has visited around the world. From above, the property has manicured lawns with bunkers and palm trees along the seafront. The sports celebrity has two boat docks, as expected given his position.

On his property, Tiger owns two main buildings: a 3,300-square-foot house and a 6,400-square-foot building connected by a glass-covered walkway.
Tiger doesn’t have to leave his house to complete his exercise regimen thanks to all of these facilities. He said to the Golf Channel, “Well, I used to get up in the morning, run four miles, then I’d go to the gym and do my lift.”

“I would whack balls for two or three hours after that. I would go play, return, and focus on my quick game. If someone wanted to play basketball or tennis, I would go play either sport after I finished my four more kilometers of running. That was how every day life was.”
However, it wasn’t until he sustained injuries in a vehicle 𝔞𝔠𝔠𝔦d𝔢𝔫𝔱 in 2021 that he realized the enormity of the house. He told reporters, “I built a really nice house, but I didn’t realize how big it was until you start putting crutches on.”
Tiger Woods and his ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, have two children together.
Following their split in October 2022, Erica filed a lawsuit over the non-disclosure agreement she had signed at the start of their relationship, and then she filed a second lawsuit after moving out of their shared residence.
She asserted that they had reached a “or𝔞l agreement” that would let her stay in their house for an additional five years. After being “tricked” into leaving the house to go on vacation, Erica said she returned to find the house locked.
Tiger eventually withdrew the complaint after her attorneys refuted the existence of any agreement. The motion read: “The Plaintiff, ERICA HERMAN, by and through her undersigned counsel, hereby dismisses without prejudice her Complaint, filed on October 26, 2022, pending resolution of the appeal in Herman v. Woods… and determination of whether her claims are subject to arbitration.”
