Experience Adele’s fresh start in the extravagant $58M Beverly Hills mansion, as she sings ‘Hello’ to a life of luxury

Tuesday, Adele listed her home in Beverly Hills for $12 million.

The house in the Hamptons style is in Hidden Valley, a guard-gated area in the city that famous people like to hang out in.

PropertyShark says that the 34-year-old singer of “Hello” and “Easy on Me” bought the house from TV star and fashion designer Nicole Richie in May of last year for close to $10 million.

Also, records show that Adele already owned two other homes in the area before she bought the one in question. In 2016, she bought her first home, which was more than 6,500 square feet, for $9.5 million. In 2019, she bought another home for $10.65 million. Adele used trusts linked to her business advisor to buy the houses.

A few months before it went on the market, the English chartreuse paid $58 million for a 21,000-square-foot home in Beverly Hills that was built in the Mediterranean style. The house owned by Sylvester Stallone was said to be for sale for $110 million.

A new listing for a 5,500-square-foot home says it has an open living and dining area with a fireplace, a wood-paneled office with a door that leads outside, an eat-in kitchen with wine storage and access to the yard, as well as a den and breakfast nook close by.

The offering says that the main suite on the second floor has a fireplace, two closets, a bathroom with a bathtub, a rain shower head, and a steam room, all of which are separated by metal-framed doors. On the second floor, there are two more sleeping suites and a huge room that can be used as a playroom or guest room.

There is a sports court, an outdoor kitchen, trellis-covered eating decks, a pool, a Jacuzzi, and a place to relax in the backyard. The whole area is surrounded by stone. A chicken coop, fruit trees, and veggie gardens are all set off by high-quality fake grass.
