Located in Charlotte’s The Trust building, this luxurious 3,335-square-foot condo has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a 315 square-foot enclosed balcony, and even a personalized Pepsi machine.

The high-tech kitchen has a big island and brand-new high-end tools from Sub Zero, Bosch, Miele, and Wolf. According to the ad, the house also comes with a Crestron home automation system.
There is a full-size custom Pepsi machine in the house with a picture of Newton in his famous “Superman” pose.
Half of the fifth floor of The Trust building is taken up by the condo. The seller calls this floor “the most exclusive address in Uptown Charlotte.”
Shane McDevitt, the selling broker for the condo, told bizjournals that the unit has recently been updated with new paint, new lighting, and new bathrooms.

Newton purchased his condo in April 2012 for a price of $1.6 million, despite the fact that the building only has seven units now available.
A listing on Zillow indicates that the condominium was removed off the market at the end of July, despite the fact that it had been put up for sale in May 2019 with a price tag of $3.2 million.
Michael Jordan, a legendary player from North Carolina and a member of the National Basketball Association Hall of Fαme, is another tenant in the building. According to the Charlotte Observer, Jordan now occupies the entire seventh level of the skyscraper.

After going to Auburn University, Newton led the Tigers to a National Championship and won the Heisman Trophy that year.
His name was picked by the Carolina Panthers with the first pick in the 2011 NFL Draft.
When Newton purchased his condo in April of 2012, he paid $1.6 million for it.
Not only did he win the Most Valuable Player award in the National Football League in 2015, but he also guided the Panthers to a Super Bowl trip in the same year.
After a season in which he was hampered by ailments, the Panthers decided to release their former quarterback for the franchise after the 2019 season.
Newton just recently signed a contract with the New England Patriots that is worth $7.5 million for one year. This comes after the Patriots’ star quarterback, Tom Brady, left the team this summer to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
