French Montana’s Opulent Lifestyle Shines Inside his Luxurious Hidden Hills Mansion

NBA player Paul “PG-13” George has recently sold his lavish Hidden Hills residence in Los Angeles after a six-month period. The 1.35-acre property was initially purchased by George and his longtime partner, Daniela Rajic, for $7.4 million back in 2016.

The buyer of the property is none other than Moroccan-born rapper and songwriter French Montana, known for his Grammy-nominated work and the diamond hit “Unforgettable.” A Calabasas native, the 36-year-old artist boasts an impressive 13 billion combined streams.

Throughout their four-year ownership, George and Rajic made no significant alterations to the architecturally unique Hidden Hills mansion. Constructed in 1989 for a non-famous family, the approximately 16,000-square-foot structure captured the couple’s interest. From the lawn and aerial perspectives, the mansion’s design resembles a modern-meets-old-Tuscan creation, with a bunker-like appearance. Its street-facing facade resembles a wide and stout suburban church, accompanied by a spacious front motor court.

In 2021, notable figures such as Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian, Jeffree Star, and Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli will be relocating to the prestigious Ashley Ridge area of Hidden Hills, where they have purchased a $9.5 million estate.

French Montana’s new property will be adjacent to that of Vin Scully. The mansion boasts an impressive 4,000-square-foot great room that is sure to leave guests and vendors in awe. Glass walls, motorized skylights, and an indoor tree provide ample natural light and an inviting atmosphere. Adjacent to a large stone fireplace, a cozy seating area enhances the room’s charm.

The modern kitchen features a marble breakfast bar with six horse-legged stools. Other notable features of the property include a games area, den with a fireplace, formal dining room, movie theater, gym with a steam shower, wine cellar, and a mahogany-paneled library.

While the master suite is spacious, it appears to have an outdated design. The sitting area includes gray wall-to-wall carpeting, a skylit bathroom with granite counters and a couch, two dressing rooms/walk-in closets, and a “private sunning patio.” The patio overlooks the tiered backyard, which boasts resort-style amenities such as a basketball court, built-in children’s playroom, outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, entertainer’s terrace with a fireplace, and a separate music/TV center. The property offers privacy thanks to a dense sycamore and palm thicket.

In September 2019, George and Rajic purchased a 10,000-square-foot Pacific Palisades home from DeAndre Jordan for $16.1 million. As for French Montana, he still owns his Tuscan-style Calabasas “starter house,” which he acquired from Selena Gomez in 2016 for $3.3 million.

The property was listed earlier this year for $6.6 million, later reduced to $5.6 million before being taken off the market.
