The publication Football Insider claims that Manchester United are making plans to acquire Benjamin Sesko over the summer. Erik ten Hag has not wavered in his determination to bring on a new leader. With Victor Osimhen and Harry Kane, the 19-year-old attacker from RB Salzburg is one of his potential possibilities. Victor Osimhen is another.

As Erik ten Hag prepares for the next round of his rebuilding of Manchester United’s roster, the club is making plans for an аggressive summer transfer window. The club’s level of competition has increased to a new level as a result of the success they have had in the previous two windows since the arrival of the Dutchman.
Despite having a rough start to the season, Manchester United are still contenders for the league title and have already won the Carabao Cup. They have also established themselves in the FA Cup, and there is widespread consensus that more recruitment would enable them to consolidate their position in the league.
A central striker is one of the most important qualifications for Ten Hag to have. In order to replace the vacuum created by Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure, Manchester United made the decision to recruit Wout Weghorst. The loan agreement for the Dutchman is just for a period of six months. It is highly improbable that the Red Devils will sign him on a permanent basis.
It has been said that Ten Hag’s use of Wehorst as a test subject could be deemed an experiment. It’s possible that he’ll search for a forward in the next window who is more active but is otherwise comparable to him. According to the гumoгs, Manchester United are prepared to pay a significant sum in order to secure the services of Napoli player Victor Osimhen, who is their top transfer target.

Meanwhile, they are also keen on Harry Kane, but plenty of complications may hamper any potential move for the Tottenham star. Ten Hag wants to keep his options open, as he also has Tammy Abraham and Benjamin Sesko on his shortlist.
The Red Devils were considering Sesko before signing Weghorst in January. Reports suggested Manchester United staff felt the 19-year-old attacker would fit the side. Any change made in the middle of the season, though, would have required a significant financial commitment.
The 19-year-old attacker is set to join RB Leipzig in July, and he will sign a contract with them until the summer of 2028. It remains to be seen whether the German outfit are prepared to let him leave even before he has kicked a ball for them. Apparently, RB Leipzig will pay €24 million to sign the player and they are likely to demand a substantial premium if Manchester United come calling.
Sesko offers a focal point, and his prolific numbers will put many clubs on high alert. Manchester United’s presence in the Champions League could let them push forward with priority targets. Sesko could prefer a move if given the option.
While watching Manchester United and Liverpool play, Sir Alex Ferguson’s response tells it all

Sir Alex Ferguson, a former manager of Manchester United, was present in the stands at Anfield to watch his old club, Manchester United, suffer a record-breaking 7-0 defeat at the hands of their long-time rivals, Liverpool.
When watching his former team, Manchester United, lose 7-0 to Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday, Sir Alex Ferguson was spotted shaking his head throughout the game.
Cody Gakpo, Darwin Nunez, and Mohamed Salah each scored twice as Liverpool won their largest ever win against their opponents, shattering a record that had stood for more than 125 years. Liverpool broke the record when they bҽat their opponents by a score of 5-0. In what will be his last season with Jurgen Klopp’s squad, Roberto Firmino completed the scoring late in the match.
Only seven days after a breakthrough victory in the Carabao Cup under the Dutchman’s direction, the side led by Erik ten Hag was dragged back down to earth by the result. It was also a more humiliating loss than Sir Alex Ferguson had ever experienced with the club, with the famous manager’s worst performance coming in the shape of a 6-1 loss to Manchester City at Old Trafford in 2011.
Ten Hag had spoken about Ferguson’s presence at Wembley for the cup final just days before the Anfield hammering. “I think he was happy with the performance, he was happy Manchester United is winning and he’s hoping more wins and more trophies are coming in,” he told Sky Sports.
“I enjoy it [Ferguson’s presence],” the former Ajax boss said. “It’s inspiring to have a big inspirator like him – a man, a personality, who won everything. So he knows what winning is, he knows the culture of winning. To talk with him about that, to learn, but also for the players, I think it’s inspiring to have him around.”

After finishing in sixth place the previous year, United is currently contending for a place in the top four of the league under the leadership of Ten Hag, who has already brought the team a great deal of success. Despite this, the last man to lead the club to a Premier League title was unable to supprҽss his emotions after the club suffered huge defeats away at Brentford and Manchester City. The thrashing at Anfield came after devastating losses at both of those venues.
Cody Gakpo’s 43rd-minute goal, which he scored by cutting in from the left side of the box and firing it in, put United under 1-0 at halftime, and few people could have predicted the way in which they would ultimately lose the game. However, Liverpool took the lead when they scored two more goals in the first five minutes after the game was restarted. They went on to score four more goals against a weary United defense in the last half-hour of play.
After suffering a heavy defeat at the hands of Liverpool, United still holds a seven-point lead over their competition with 13 matches still to play. Ten Hag’s squad is also still alive in the FA Cup and the Europa League; nevertheless, their boss has demanded a prompt response from them in order to advance in the latter competition, which they will play on Thursday against Real Betis.
“We have made a lot of progress but you see what happens when you don’t keep standards,” Ten Hag told Sky Sports. “What I have said in the dressing room is that this is unacceptable. But also it is only one game. We will bounce back. This team is strong enough and we will reset and bounce back.”
