Ice Cube’s Marina Del Rey mansion is worth admiring, especially its precious wine cellar located below

In April 2016, Ice Cube bought the Marina del Rey property previously offered by Jean-Claude Van Damme for $7.25 million, who had purchased it for around $6 million in 2012.

Marina del Rey is a small beachfront neighborhood in Los Angeles County with a population of under 10,000. Ice Cube’s custom contemporary home, built in 2011, spans 7,575 square feet and is located along the Grand Canal. Despite being in close proximity to neighboring houses, the property offers stunning views of the ocean.

The six-bedroom estate, known for its privacy and lack of drawbacks, is considered one of the best values in the Marina del Rey area. Rumor has it that Ice Cube and his wife purchased it as a vacation home for their family.

They reside with their children in their primary residence, approximately 10 miles away, but retreat to the Marina del Rey property for uninterrupted quality time.

The three-story residence provides views of the surrounding canal, particularly beautiful at night when its reflection shimmers. The construction materials used were of high quality and imported.
