After acquiring Andre Onana from Inter, Man Utd is trying to strengthen its goalkeeping unit by bringing in Altay Bayindir from Fenerbahce.
Manchester United recently acquired Onana from Inter, but with Dean Henderson about to join Nottingham Forest and Tom Heaton being handed regular playing time at Luton Town, the Red Devils are looking to add a new goalkeeper to keep the fιght between the sticks fierce. They are interested in Altay Bayindir, a Turkey international for Fenerbahce, as a prospective candidate.
The 25-year-old Bayindir’s chances of receiving regular playing time are in doubt given his prospective transfer to United. While Ajax and other clubs have shown interest in the skilled shot-stopper, United sees him as a valuable alternative for the No. 2 goalkeeper position. In preparation for his departure, Fenerbahce has been talking about acquiring Dominik Livakovic, Croatia’s first-choice goalkeeper.

Aston Villa ready to rιval Manchester United for Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat?
Villa has completed some of the most notable acquisitions of the summer transfer window so far in preparation for their return to European play.
Pau Torres of Villarreal, Youri Tielemans of Leicester City, and Moussa Diaby of Bayer Leverkusen have all arrived in the West Midlands.
Villa are now expected to compete for a top-four berth in the Premier League standings with Unai Emery also at the helm, but there is a desire to acquire more players.
Villa’s team is best supplied at center midfield, where Emery has choices in Boubacar Kamara, Leander Dendoncker, Jacob Ramsey, John McGinn, and Douglas Luiz in addition to Tielemans.
Nevertheless, Amrabat appears to be on his way out of Fiorentina in the next weeks, and according to Viola News, Villa have inquired about the valuation of the player.
Since his impressive performances for Morocco at the 2022 World Cup, Amrabat has become a sought-after player for teams wanting to benefit from Fiorentina’s exclusion from European competition in the 2023–2024 season.
The 26-year-old has a deal with the Italian team through 2025, but he has no interest in extending it now that other elite European clubs have emerged as potential destinations.
Amrabat has received significant attention from Manchester United. The player is familiar to Erik ten Hag because the two men collaborated early in their careers. However, despite spending more than £100 million on Chelsea playmaker Mason Mount and Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana, United has yet to pursue their initial interest.
Although United may be planning to increase their efforts to recruit Amrabat once they have raised additional revenue through player sales, they are leaving themselves open to the possibility of being outbid.
According to reports, Fiorentina plans to seek around €30 million (£25.9 million) for the services of their star player, who has made 107 appearances across all competitions since his January 2020 arrival.
Due to Fabinho and Jordan Henderson’s expected transfers to Saudi Arabian clubs, Liverpool is also rυmored to be a potential candidate to sign Amrabat.
