Hailey Bieber recently addressed comparisons of her Rhode skincare to Kim Kardashian’s SKKN and Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Skin, stating that she will not allow “competition get under her skin.”
“The thing about competition is that there’s room for everyone, and I truly believe that,” Hailey stated on Monday at the Wall Street Journal’s Tech Live Conference, according to E! News.
“Those women are incredible and they’re some of my closest friends, and I really adore all of their products, and I would never not support their brands and cheer them on because they’ve also truly done the same for me,” the supermodel continued.
Justin Bieber’s wife also stated that she has never attempted to “compare her skincare product to others,” citing the fact that “I care so much about the distinctiveness of the business.”
“I just think there’s room for everyone to flourish and grow,” the 25-year-old stated.
Meanwhile, Hailey added that during her career journey, she looked up to superstars such as Jessica Alba and Gwyneth Paltrow.
“They’re people who took something where they were really enthusiastic about the area or spotted a white space that they wanted to fill,” she explained.
Kim and Hailey both attended the Tiffany & Co. launch of the Lock Collection at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles, and posed together multiple times.
Kim wore leather trousers, a cami top, and an enormous black jacket with a silver snake necklace, while Hailey wore a sheer black gown with a matching bra top and bottoms.
The 42-year-old reality star also shared a snap of the event’s personalized menus, tagging Justin Bieber’s wife. Meanwhile, Hailey shared an Instagram Story photo of herself with Kim.
During an interview with WSJ Tech Live, Hailey was also asked about working in the beauty industry with Kim and Kylie Jenner.
“Those women are fantastic, and they’re some of my closest friends, and I genuinely adore all of their brands, and I would never not support and cheer them on because they’ve done the same for me,” Hailey said of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters.
