Tiger Woods’ $54 million oceanfront property is the ideal golf playground for his two children.
The Jupiter Island house was constructed in 2010 by the golfer.
After Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend Erica Harmon sued him for $30 million (about £23.4 million), claiming he had forcibly ejected her from their joint house, the news of Tiger Woods’ Jupiter Island, Florida home spread.
Despite the lawsuit’s termination, it has raised interest in the home, estimated to be worth approximately £42 million (or $54 million). The golf celebrity constructed his house in 2010 and furnished it with an abundance of opulent amenities for both himself and his children, Charlie Axel, 14, and Sam Alexis, 15, whom he shares with his ex-wife Elin Nordegren.
The golf star built his own golf course at his home
A spacious swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, oxygen therapy rooms, a private theater, a basketball-tennis court, and, of course, a miniature golf course are some of the amenities that are included.
There are four holes spread out across 3.5 acres of land, and it is said to be a recreation of other courses that he had played when he was traveling throughout the world. When viewed from above, the property appears to have well-kept lawns that are dotted with bunkers and are bordered by palm trees that line the seafront. On account of its location, it should not come as a surprise that the sports star also own two docks that provide for access to boats.
Tiger lives in Florida with his two kids
Tiger owns two main buildings on his land: a 6,400-square-foot building and a 3,300-square-foot house that are linked by a glass-bottom hallway.
Thank goodness for all of these tools, Tiger doesn’t have to leave his house to work out. He told the Golf Channel, “Well, I used to get up in the morning and run four miles. Then I’d go to the gym and do my lift.”

“After that, I would hit balls for two or three hours.” I would play, then come back and work on my short game. I would run four more miles and then play basketball or tennis if anyone wanted to join me. That was what they did every day.
He found out how big the house really was, though, after getting hurt in a car cr𝔞sh in 2021. He told the press, “I built a really nice house, but I didn’t know how big it was until you start using crutches.”
With his ex-wife Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods has two children.
Following their split in October 2022, Erica filed a second lawsuit over her move out of their shared residence and pursued legal action against the non-disclosure agreement she had signed at the start of their relationship.
She stated that they had reached a “or𝔞l agreement” that would give her five more years to reside at their house. Erica claimed she was “tricked” into taking a vacation and left the house, only to find out later that she was locked out.
After Tiger’s attorneys refuted any arrangement, the lawsuit was eventually abandoned. The paperwork read: “The Plaintiff, ERICA HERMAN, by and through her undersigned counsel, hereby dismisses without prejudice her Complaint, filed on October 26, 2022, pending resolution of the appeal in Herman v. Woods… and determination of whether her claims are subject to arbitration.”
