In less than two minutes against Germany, Gravenberch replicates Trent’s magic with an inch-perfect assist

In the first two minutes of the Netherlands’ matchup against the four-time world champions today, Ryan Gravenberch, who had a difficult season at Bayern Munich, has taken his frustrations out on his country’s football team.

The Liverpool midfielder took possession in the center circle with just 94 seconds remaining in the game. He controlled the ball for one touch before playing an impeccable through pass to Tijjani Reijnders, who scored the game’s first goal with style past Marc-Andre ter Stegen.

Just three days after Trent Alexander-Arnold’s equally excellent pass through the middle was crucial in setting up Declan Rice’s goal for England against Republic of Ireland, his Reds colleague produced a moment of similar caliber and claimed credit for it.

With that deft delivery to set up the first goal tonight, Gravenberch—who has had an incredible start to the season at the club level—provided the ideal retaliation to Ronald Koeman, who publicly criticized him last week.

Fabrizio Romano: Liverpool’s dreams of acquiring a ÂŁ126 million sensation are dashed

Fans of Liverpool who were expecting for a future transfer raid for Rodrygo of Real Madrid have been given yet another depressing update.

Despite rumors that the 23-year-old Brazilian will be moving to the Premier League, Fabrizio Romano has stated that the player has no plans to leave the Spanish city.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, Romano emphasized that despite the high-profile additions of Kylian Mbappe and Endrick, Rodrygo is totally devoted to Real Madrid.

“We heard about Rodrygo for Manchester City, Premier League football, possibly Saudi Arabia, and a lot of other stories throughout the entire summer,” Romano remarked.

However, Rodrygo’s one and only desire was to remain at Real Madrid.

Less than a year ago, the Brazilian forward extended his contract with Real Madrid, and he is still committed to helping his team win championships. “I want to win all titles and I want to help Madrid again with this shirt,” RodrĂguez reiterated, Romano continued. He adores Madrid. He thinks Real Madrid is the world’s greatest team. With 26 goal contributions in all competitions last season, Rodrygo’s stellar play demonstrates why Liverpool may have been considering a move for him. But as Romano points out, it seems doubtful that the player will transfer to Liverpool given his obvious dedication to Real Madrid.

TeamTalk reported earlier this year that Rodrygo was being courted by Liverpool. In the end, though, they chose to go after Juventus’ Federico Chiesa. Given his versatility and prior success, Chiesa, a player for Liverpool today, might prove to be a great addition to Anfield with his own set of skills and potential.

Now that Rodrygo’s allegiance to Real Madrid is clear, Liverpool must concentrate on getting the most out of their present roster and any prospective new additions.
