Inside a colossal mansion, rap icon Eminem embraces a lavish lifestyle during his retirement years

This is one of the most magnificent homes in Michigan, and it was only recently put up for sale. This property was formerly owned by Eminem prior to his current ownership.

Kyle Matta, an agent with Century 21 Sakmar and Associates, stated that Eminem purchased the home located at 5760 Winkler Mill Road in Oakland Township from the president and chief executive officer of Kmart in the year 2003. He continued to dwell there until he sold it in the year 2017.

On this property, there are a total of ten baths and six bedrooms, which are spread out across an area of 17,000 square feet. It is said by Matta that this facility has an environment that is similar to that of a resort.

According to what Matta shared with MLive, “When you go through the gates and pull up to this house, it looks like the entrance where you’d drop off your suitcases and people would come out and take them from you.”

Within the approximately six acres of land, there are private walking routes that may be found outside. Additionally accessible are a cabana, a  нσт tub, a waterfall-featured pool, a tennis and basketball court, and a waterfall. There is even a private pond that has a number of fountains installed.

The dining room and the pool area both include bespoke woodwork that can be found throughout the interior. The main bedroom is 1,600 square feet larger than many homes and features an office with views of the property’s gardens. Each of the bedrooms is a themed suite, and these suites are located around the property.

I like to refer to it as the oasis, and it is comprised of the pool, the waterfall, the  нσт tub, and the tennis and basketball court. It has a balcony where you can step outside and look out over the oasis with me.

The kitchen is a truly remarkable two-story space with ceilings that are twenty feet high. Furthermore, it is equipped with an atrium that is located in the uppermost part of the structure.

Matta claims that the property is solitary and isolated due to the fact that it is situated in close proximity to Stoney Creek Metropark, which prevents any structures from being built behind it. The property is totally enclosed by fencing and features a guest house that is 2,000 square feet in size.
