mother of four Kim wants to give the home she bought in September 2022 some personal touches. Cindy Crawford owns the Malibu mansion on the shore. The 7,400-square-foot villa has it all, including four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and multiple large living areas with views of the ocean and mountains.
In the most recent photographs, there were multiple workers on the site with ladders and other tools. The side of the home facing the ocean has plastic sheets in place of windows.
On the other side of the home, there was furniture on the terrace, suggesting interior remodeling. The other side of the building has some incomplete windows and doors, but the lawn is kept in good condition.
Kim’s new home is situated on a smaller property with a large, tree-filled backyard. Kim and her four kids are going to enjoy Malibu sunsets on a private beach. Kim bought the property in an attempt to start over after her divorce from Kanye West.
