Ten Hag is cra.zy about Ronaldo

Midfielder Fred recently admitted that coach Erik ten Hag had “difficulty” in resolving conflicts with Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Dutch strategist recently eliminated CR7 during the trip to Chelsea after Ronaldo voluntarily left the match against Tottenham before the final whistle sounded.

Ten Hag and Ronaldo then resolved the issue and the 37-year-old was “reintegrated” back into the team. The Man United manager has received criticism from some departments for his treatment of Ronaldo – but Fred thinks it’s a tough job.

The Brazilian midfielder told TNT Sports Brasil:  “It’s difficult for the coach. Everyone deals with it in a certain way. Obviously everyone wants to be on the pitch, they want to play to help the team. So, When you don’t play, you feel frustrated.”

Bruno Fernandes is certainly sidelined after receiving a fifth yellow card in the match against West Ham that resulted in a one-match suspension. Meanwhile, Erik ten Hag admitted he was uncertain about the readiness of Antony, Jadon Sancho and Anthony Martial, when the trio were left out of the squad against Sociedad in the Europa League last week.

Speaking before the match against Villa, ten Hag said of the fitness of all three:  “It is difficult to say in this moment. I have to talk to the medical team. I have to hear how their progress is. and whether they can be available for Sunday’s game.”

Garnacho has the opportunity to play against Aston Villa

Alejandro Garnacho will probably be on the pitch from the start when Man United make a guest to Aston Villa on November 21 tonight (Vietnam time).

Midfielder Casemiro has re/vealed that he himself is very happy at Manchester United after moving in the summer.

Speaking before the match against Real Sociedad, the midfielder told BT Sport:  “I think from day one, the club has been great for me. All the coaching staff and players made me feel at home. I’m really happy and excited, all I can do is thank the club, my teammates and the coaching staff. I’m really happy to be here.”
