He highlighted the owner’s commitment to giving back to the community as a symbol of humility and selflessness. Master P, accompanied by his sons Romeo and Hercy, took viewers on an 11-minute tour of the expansive 105,000-square-foot estate located in Bel-Air.
The mansion boasts numerous luxurious amenities, including 42 bathrooms, 21 bedrooms, a 30-car garage, a bowling facility, and a movie theater. The visionary behind this architectural masterpiece is Nile Niami, a former film producer turned luxury real estate developer.
Nile Niami’s creations have captured the attention of notable individuals like Sean “Diddy” Combs. After seven years of construction, “The One” is now estimated to be valued at an astounding $550 million.
