Tyler Herro, a member of the Miami Heat, paid $10.5 million for Pinecrest’s most expensive property ever.
According to MLS information, the sale at 12900 SW 63rd Avenue, which closed on December 28, represented the highest price ever paid in Pinecrest. Only eight additional Pinecrest homes have gone for $8 million or more.
The only listing agent for the sellers in this deal was Josie Wang of Brown Harris Stevens Miami. While the house was still being built, Josie represented both the buyer and seller on the same property in October 2021, when it closed for $5.3 million. One of the most remarkable mansions ever constructed in Pinecrest was further developed by the Buyer after the closing.
The single-family residence, which is regarded as Pinecrest’s crown jewel, was constructed in 2021 and has an internal space of 9,505 square feet. It has 8.5 baths and 8 bedrooms. The resort-style masterpiece combines modern design with Balinese-inspired architecture, amazing craftsmanship, and sophisticated design. Rare materials from Brazil and Italy were used in the construction of the property, along with natural marble, stone, and wood from around the globe. The interior features floor to ceiling glass windows that open up to the outdoors and display lavish tropical landscaping worth tens of thousands of dollars. The next owner will appreciate a wine cellar, video room, and summer kitchen in addition to a sizable primary suite.
Pinecrest is a highly sought-after neighborhood for buyers of luxury homes, and this house is undoubtedly its jewel. The area is close to some of Miami’s best attractions, such as marinas, prestigious schools, restaurants, shopping, and parks. The home is unmatched in terms of design, craftsmanship, and top-tier custom finishes, from millwork to lighting. Josie Wang from Brown Harris Stevens Miami said.
