Real Madrid aims to capture every trophy available this season

Coach Carlo Ancelotti has just confirmed the great ambition of Real Madrid with a statement that he wants to win in all the fronts they participate in this season.

After two seasons as Everton’s Premier League manager, the 63-year-old Italian coach returned to Los Blancos last summer and promptly assisted the squad in capturing both the La Liga and championship titles. 14th champion of the Champions League. In the process, Ancelotti became the first manager to win the Champions League four times and the first coach to win all five of Europe’s main national titles. That demonstrates his versatility and outstanding talents in spades.

Coach Ancelotti reflected on Los Blancos’ impressive season last year, when he won La Liga with a 13-point gap, and won the 14th Champions League after consecutive unbelievable comebacks against PSG, Chelsea, Man .City in the knockout round: “I’m really proud, for me and Real Madrid, it’s extraordinary. Coming back to this club has brought me a lot of satisfaction. The 14th European Championship is still a great memory, a special reaction has been generated with the fans. All the incredible comebacks we’ve made have come at our stadium, thanks to the cheers from the stands. We won, in addition to quality, thanks to the unity of the whole squad.”

Kylian Mbappe, a striker, was not acquired by Real Madrid earlier this summer. Gareth Bale, Isco, Marcelo, and Luka Jovic have all been let go so far, but they have only signed Aurelien Tchouameni for an initial fee of 80 million euros and midfielder Antonio Rudiger on a free form. A month and a half before the summer transfer window closed, in the middle of July, coach Ancelotti abruptly declared that the hiring strategy was abandoned. This situation has caused many people to question how competitive the European champion would be in the upcoming campaign. But head coach Ancelotti is upbeat: “We have signed two of the greatest in the world in their areas – both physically and technically. Rudiger and Tchouameni offer greatness.”

And coach Ancelotti quickly headed for his first title, the European Super Cup against Eintracht Frankfurt in Helsinki (Finland) on August 10: “My players will be ready, they are very professional. We want to bring home another trophy in the first game of the season. We have six titles to win this season and we want to fight for them all.”

Real Madrid will start the journey to defend the La Liga title with three consecutive away matches in the second half of August. The season kicks off in Almeria on August 14, followed by a journey to Celta Vigo and Espanyol. The first home match is in round 4, welcoming Real Betis on September 4.
