Real Madrid 2022-23: Does Mbappe case affect the king’s ambitions?

Real Madrid will enter the 2022-2023 season with the ambition to win a great treble.

The European Super Cup encounter between Real Madrid and Frankfurt, the current Europa League winner, will mark the beginning of their quest for the triple. While many of the “big men” in Europe are having a difficult summer, Real Madrid is remarkably tranquil and mild.

People come and go, but it’s all part of the leadership of Los Blancos’ strategy. It is understandable to go since players like Marcelo, Gareth Bale, Luka Jovic, and Isco are no longer part of the plans. Shopping at Real Madrid is affordable but high-quality. Both Chelsea’s Antonio Rudiger and AS Monaco’s Aurelien Tchouameni are highly regarded rookie midfielders.

In La Liga, Barcelona, following a “bumpy” summer, is expected to give Real Madrid a lot of trouble. The major issue with Barcelona, though, continues to be the pre-registration of rookies. Even if they are successful, it will still take time for them to assemble and adapt. Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, and Villarreal were among the teams without any notable arrivals.

Following the departure of previous president Roman Abramovich, Chelsea’s performance in England severely declined. Despite losing Sadio Mane, Liverpool continues to be a powerful force. Rookie Darwin Nunez can cover that void entirely, but it still needs more time to pick up new information and adjust.

Perhaps, Manchester City is the biggest counterweight to Real Madrid. Pep Guardiola’s attack became more transformed and diverse with more than Erling Haaland and Julian Alvarez. However, the fear in the defense was still there when Zinchenko joined Arsenal and lost Marc Cucurella to Chelsea.

Paris St Germain is also a strong and competitive team. They have had a dismal summer, but with the players available, PSG is still a team of high quality. However, the true ambition and ability of the new coach Christophe Galtier still needs to be proven

PSG owns Europe’s top attacking trio of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe. However, they are more or less distracted by the World Cup at the end of the year, when they are all stars of the world’s top teams. Wait and see, how does PSG solve that problem.

Has Mbappe affected Real Madrid in any way?

In fact, Real Madrid have drawn up the perfect plan for Mbappe. But the last minute “turn of the car” of the French player did not affect Los Blancos. As a big club, they go their own way.

“Mbappe has the right to make decisions, but now he has to live with his choice. We all thought he would go to Madrid, but in the end, it wasn’t so. No star got it. maybe more important than the club,” Luka Modric said.

Real Madrid will not lose or lack confidence without Mbappe. In short, Real Madrid has been preparing well for its ambition.
