The Beverly Hills home that Adele owns was listed for sale on Monday with a price tag of $12 million.
The property, which is designed in the Hamptons style, can be found in Hidden Valley, a neighborhood in the city that is guard-gated and widely frequented by celebrities.
PropertyShark records indicate that the singer of “Hello” and “Easy on Me,” who is 34 years old, purchased the mansion from Nicole Richie, a television personality and fashion designer, in May of last year for close to ten million dollars.
In addition, the records indicate that Adele already owned two other residences in the neighborhood at the time that she purchasєd the property in question. Her first home, which was a property with more than 6,500 square feet of living space, was purchasєd by her for $9.5 million in 2016, and she purchasєd another home for $10.65 million in 2019. In order to purchasєd the residences, Adele utilized trusts that were associated with her business advisor.
A few months prior to the listing, the English chartreuse purchased a property in Beverly Hills that was designed in the Mediterranean style and had 21,000 square feet of living space for $58 million. The home owned by Sylvester Stallone was apparently listed for sale at a price of 110 million dollars.
