“Black and Yellow” rapper Cameron Jibril Thomaz, better known as Wiz Khalifa, bought a new house in Encino for $3.4 million after renting one in Los Angeles for $16,000 a month for three years.

Khalifa still owns that land and a house in Pittsburgh, but he just spent a little over $7.6 million to move to a fancier home three miles away. There’s been no word yet on whether he’s already added his favorite features, like a personal pσt bar, recording studio, and Steelers-themed game area.
He is worth about $60 million thanks to his music career, the Khalifa Kush marijuana strain, and the mobile game Weєd Farm, which lets players plant and care for virtual crops.
Khalifa built a modern farmhouse-style home this year. It has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and an open-concept living area that’s more than 8,000 square feet and has blonde hardwood floors, wood-beam ceilings, and designer light fixtures. There is a home office, a gym, a movie theater, and a separate apartment.
The two-story stucco and wood building is tucked away down a long gated driveway. It has a large motorcourt and an attached three-car garage, which are perfect for the singer’s mostly old cars, which Architectural Digest says includes a 1969 El Camino, Chevelle, muscle cars, and a Mercedes Benz.
A porte-cochère leads from the lobby, which is double-height, to a front door made of glass. It leads to a traditional dining room with a wet bar and a living room with a fireplace that runs along the wall and sliding glass doors that lead to the backyard. The modern gourmet kitchen has a center island, Thermador appliances, a service bar with seats on both sides, and a breakfast nook. The family room opens up to the kitchen.
The upper master hideaway has a lovely sitting area with a fireplace, a minibar, and two closets that look like they belong in a showroom. The bathroom is like a spa. It has two vanities, an oval soaking tub, a big glass-enclosed shower, and a private porch.
The property is almost half an acre and has a grassy yard around the pool and spa. There is also a covered lounge patio with a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ and bar, a trellised eating area, and a basketball court. It is 450 square feet and has a kitchenette and a bathroom.
