Take a look inside Drake’s massive £81.7million Toronto home

Drake fans got a peek at his incredible Toronto home in the “Toosie Slide” music video, but now they can see the whole thing! Architectural Digest got an exclusive tour of the mansion, nicknamed “The Embassy.” This 50,000 square foot behemoth even boasts an indoor NBA-sized basketball court.

For Drake, the project was about more than just luxury. “Being my hometown, I wanted this house to last for generations,” he said. “It’s a statement, something timeless and strong.”

Canadian architect Ferris Rafauli collaborated with Drake to create a unique style. Rafauli describes it as “modern art deco,” while Drake prefers “overwhelming high luxury.”

“The sheer size of the rooms combined with the intricate details in the floors and ceilings is what really sets it apart,” Drake explained. “Everywhere you look, you see the hard work I’ve put in over the years.”

The “Life Is Good” rapper also revealed his favorite spot: a massive 3,200 square foot master suite with an additional 1,100 square feet of terraces.

“This is my sanctuary,” he shared. “A place to unwind at night and recharge for the day ahead. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the shower is perfect for clearing my head, and the closet is so amazing, it practically talks to you while you get dressed.”

The tour also included glimpses of Drake’s 70s-inspired recording studio, an indoor pool, an awards room, and more.

“Looking back,” Drake said, “building this house at 27 and seeing it through to completion shows I truly believed in myself. It also reflects my deep connection to Toronto, the city that raised me.”
