On the occasion of the beginning of August, BLACKPINK “total attack” with a series of overwhelming news. After a long time of silence, without any activities other than fashion events, the Kpop girl group is back with a series of new projects for 2022 and 2023.

August celebrates the 6th birthday of four girls Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa. Therefore, August is a good month to stimulate the group’s musical activities. In the face of rumors like BLACKPINK’s disbandment because of long time no longer working together, the music projects and global tour of 2022 – 2023 are like a “heartbeat” for the BLINK fan club.

Album Born Pink and single Pink Venom

First, August 19 is the release of the single Pink Venom. At exactly 13:00 Korean standard time (ie 11:00 in Vietnam), the first single MV of LP Born Pink will be released via the four girls’ official YouTube channel.

Album  Born Pink  will be the group’s second official album since 2020, when the group debuted  THE ALBUM. It’s official because BLACKPINK always has a recording album of live versions of their tours, in addition to an album dedicated to the Japanese market in 2018.
