The oceanfront property that Tiger Woods purchased for $54 million is the ideal place for his two children to practice their golfing skills.
In 2010, the golfing superstar constructed the mansion on Jupiter Island.
After his ex-girlfriend Erica Harmon filed a lawsuit against Tiger Woods for $30 million (about £23.4 million), claiming that he unl𝔞wfully threw her out of their joint property, the mansion that Tiger Woods owns in Jupiter Island, Florida, became the subject of widespread media coverage.
Even though the lawsuit has been dismissed at this point, it has sparked our interest in the mansion, which is estimated to be worth approximately 42 million pounds, which is equivalent to 54 million dollars. His children, Sam Alexis, 15, and Charlie Axel, 14, whom he has with his ex-wife Elin Nordegren, are the beneficiaries of the golfer’s lavishly furnished mansion, which he constructed in 2010 and loaded with a multitude of opulent amenities for himself and his family.
The golf star built his own golf course at his home
The mini golf course is one of them. There is also a private movie theater, an oxygen treatment room, a huge swimming pool, and a state-of-the-art gym.
It is said to look like different courses he has played all over the world and has four holes spread out over 3.5 acres of land. From above, the property looks like it has well-kept grounds with bunkers in them and palm trees along the seafront. It’s not a surprise that the sports star has two docks for boats because of where he lives.
Tiger lives in Florida with his two kids
Tiger’s land is home to two primary properties: a structure that spans 6,400 square feet and a house that spans 3,300 square feet, all of which are joined to one another by a glass-covered walkway.
This means that Tiger does not have to leave his house in order to complete his workout program because he has access to all of these amenities. According to what he shared with the Golf Channel, “Well, I used to get up in the morning, run four miles, and then I’d go to the gym and try to lift my weight.”

After that, I would hit balls for three to two hours straight. When I got back, I would practice on my short game. I would go play. I’d go run another four miles, and then if someone wanted to play basketball or tennis, I’d go play either of those sports. I’d go run for another four miles. That had been a frequent occurrence.”
On the other hand, after he was hurt in a vehicle 𝔞ccident in 2021, he became aware of the enormous size of the house. During a news conference, he stated, “I built a really nice house, but I didn’t realize how big it was until you start putting crutches on.” He was referring to the large size of the house.
Together with his ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods is the father of two children.
Immediately following the breakup of Tiger and Erica in October 2022, she initiated legal proceedings over the non-disclosure agreement that she had signed at the beginning of their relationship. Subsequently, she filed a second lawsuit regarding her departure from the residence that they had shared.
The argument that she made was that they had reached a “or𝔞l agreement” that would allow her to continue residing in their house for a further five years. Erica claimed that she was “tricked” into leaving the house and went on vacation, only to be informed that she was unable to access the property after she had really left.
The attorneys for Tiger disputed that there was any kind of arrangement, and she ultimately decided to abandon the complaint. The court document stated: “The Plaintiff, ERICA HERMAN, by and through her undersigned counsel, hereby dismisses without prejudice her Complaint, filed on October 26, 2022, pending resolution of the appeal in Herman v. Woods… and determination of whether her claims are subject to arbitration.”
