According to the property records, the pop musician and entrepreneur, who is 33 years old, paid a total of ten million dollars for a home in Beverly Hills, California, that is 5,000 square feet in size. The home, which she purchased at the end of the previous year for $13.75 million, is located exactly next door to the Tudor-style house, which has recently undergone renovations and is 8,000 square feet in size.
