Tiger Woods’ $54m oceanside house is ideal for his two kids to golf.

Tiger Woods’ Jupiter Island, Florida home was in the spotlight after his ex-girlfriend Erica Harmon sued him for $30 million (£23.4 million) for allegedly evicting her unjustly.
Even though the lawsuit was abandoned, we’re still curious about the mansion’s estimated £42 million value. The golfer built his home in 2010 with lavish amenities for himself and his children Sam Alexis, 15, and Charlie Axel, 14, whom he shares with ex-wife Elin Nordegren.
The golf star built his own golf course at his home
A massive swimming pool, a cutting-edge fitness center, oxygen therapy rooms, a private movie theater, a basketball and tennis court, and a miniature golf course are among them.
Spread across 3.5 acres, the four holes are said to be a replication of other courses he has played across the globe. From above, the property appears to be composed of well-kept lawns interspersed with bunkers and encircled by palm trees that border the waterfront. It should come as no surprise that the sports star has two docks for boat access given the location.

Tiger’s land contains a 6,400-square-foot building and a 3,300-square-foot residence connected by a glass corridor.
All of these facilities allow Tiger to workout at home. “Well, I used to get up in the morning, run four miles, then lift at the gym,” he told Golf Channel.

“I whacked balls for 2–3 hours. After playing, I’d practice on my short game. After running four more kilometers, I would play basketball or tennis if anyone wanted. That happened daily.”
After a 2021 vehicle 𝔞ccident, he realized the home’s size. “I built a really nice house but I didn’t realise how big it was until you start putting crutches on,” he told a press conference.

Erica filed two lawsuits after her breakup from Tiger in October 2022, first regarding the non-disclosure agreement she signed at the start of their relationship and later regarding her departure from their shared residence.
They allegedly reached a “or𝔞l agreement” to let her stay in their home for five years. Erica claimed she was “tricked” into leaving the house and going on vacation, only to be locked out.
Tiger abandoned the lawsuit after her lawyers declined a deal. It read: “The Plaintiff, ERICA HERMAN, by and through her undersigned counsel, hereby dismisses without prejudice her Complaint, filed on October 26, 2022, pending resolution of the appeal in Herman v. Woods… and determination of whether her claims are subject to arbitration.”
