Tom Brady’s $11.5m Miami mansion nears completion three years after the NFL legend bought land on the luxurious Creek Island with supermodel ex-wife Gisele Bundchen
After divorcing Bundchen, Brady is creating a new bachelor house for himself. In late 2020, the former couple paid $17 million for the Miami area.
It has been almost three years since Tom Brady and his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen bought the parcel of property for their opulent new residence on Creek Island.
Brady, who ended his illustrious football career in February, has been renovating a new bachelor pad in Miami, which is estimated to have cost him about $11.5 million.
Just over three years ago, the former quarterback for the Patriots and Buccaneers paid $17 million for the property alongside Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen, with whom he ultimately got divorced in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.
Not too far away from completion is Brady’s Miami bachelor house, based on recently surfaced images of the construction.
The mansion’s garden area is starting to take shape, with a waterfront swimming pool, a large lawn, and several palm palms already installed.

Brady’s new property will also have a multi-car garage with a driveway lined with trees leading to it, as well as a basketball court that is still in the process of being constructed.

Brady lived in an opulent Florida condo following his divorce from Bundchen, and its owners have put it up for $15.9 million.

The property, which occupies 4,103 square feet, is located on the ninth story of Surfside, Florida’s opulent Fendi Chateau Residences building.
Condos in that skyscraper are rumored to fetch up to $60,000 a month.
Brady recently shared a sweet picture of his three kids—Jack, Benjamin, and Vivian—snowboarding during a memorable trip. The group was celebrating Christmas on the slopes.

The 46-year-old retired quarterback shared pictures of the Brady family huddled together in a ski bubble on Christmas Eve along with the words to Jack Johnson’s song “Better Together,” which goes, “I’ll tell you one thing, it’s always better when we’re together.”
All of the group was dressed for skiing, complete with goggles, mittens, neck warmers, and helmets.
Later on, he posted a picture of Benji on the slopes wearing a ski jacket with a camouflage print, captioning it, “Lil’ ripper.”
In the meantime, he managed to get a video of his youngest daughter, Vivian, as she swung down the hills and sprayed her father with water when she quickly stopped on her edges. Brady wrote, “Hockey stop,” with a red love emoji next to it.
