Tyga’s Luxurious $12.8M Bel-Air Villa: A Spectacular Setting to Flaunt His Impressive Supercar Collection

Tyga, the 30-year-old rapper, recently acquired a lavish Bel-Air mansion worth $12.8 million, located near his former partner Kylie Jenner’s residence. The property boasts impressive features such as a sprawling 70-foot pool and a spacious walk-in closet dedicated to Tyga’s extensive sneaker collection. Situated in the Santa Monica Mountains, the estate spans 13,000 square feet and includes a separate 1,200-square-foot guesthouse.

According to the LA Times, Tyga had been leasing the mansion since October for a monthly fee of $58,000. The modern design of the 2019-built mansion features floor-to-ceiling glass walls that offer picturesque views of the surrounding Los Angeles canyons. The white exterior is adorned with French-doored balconies and stylish striped window treatments.

Inside the mansion, the grandeur continues with 18-foot ceilings dominating the six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Tyga can relax in his spacious master suite, which features dual tubs and a scenic outlook of the lush green hills. The rapper’s walk-in closet houses a coveted collection of rare designer footwear, showcasing his unique sense of style. Additionally, the mansion includes a personal gym where Tyga can maintain his fitness regime.

The outdoor area features a multi-level guesthouse that overlooks the pool and beautifully landscaped gardens. A comfortable outdoor lounge with patio seating and enchanting string lighting provides the perfect setting for entertaining guests. Adjacent to the lounge, a 70-foot rectangular pool and a relaxing jacuzzi offer a luxurious retreat.

Tyga’s growing collection of luxury sports cars, including a scarlet Bugatti, Mercedes G-Wagons, Rolls Royce, and Ferrari, can be seen gracing the driveway and garage of his mansion. Notably, Kylie Jenner’s Beverly Hills home, which she purchased with her former partner Travis Scott, is located just four miles away from Tyga’s new residence.

Tyga and Kylie Jenner began dating in 2014 when she was 16 years old and he was 25. Their relationship endured challenges, and they ultimately separated in April 2017 after three years together.
