Witness Adele’s transformation as she settles into her magnificent $58M Beverly Hills mansion, embracing a life of unparalleled luxury

Adele listed her home in Beverly Hills for $12 million on Monday.

The Hamptons-style home is in Hidden Valley, a guard-gated area in the city that famous people like to hang out in.

PropertyShark records show that the 34-year-old singer of “Hello” and “Easy on Me” bought the house from TV star and fashion designer Nicole Richie in May of last year for close to $10 million.

Records also show that Adele already owned two other homes in the area before she bought the one in question. In 2016, she paid $9.5 million for her first home, which was more than 6,500 square feet. In 2019, she paid $10.65 million for her second house. Adele used trusts that were linked to her business advisor to buy the houses.

They paid $58 million for a 21,000-square-foot home in Beverly Hills that was built in the Mediterranean style a few months before it went on the market. The home owned by Sylvester Stallone was said to be for sale for $110 million.

The newly listed 5,500-square-foot home has an open living and dining area with a fireplace, a wood-paneled office with a door that leads outside, an eat-in kitchen with wine storage and access to the garden, as well as a den and breakfast nook close by.

The ad says that the main suite on the second floor has a fireplace, two closets, a bathroom with a bathtub, a rain shower head, and a steam room, all of which are surrounded by metal doors. There are also two more bedroom suites and a big playroom or guest room on the second floor.

The backyard has a sports court, an outdoor kitchen, eating patios with trellises, a pool, a Jacuzzi, and a place to relax. The whole area is surrounded by stone. There is great fake grass around a chicken coop, fruit trees, and veggie gardens on the property.
