Following a period of less than a year since its acquisition, Yo Gotti has decided to put his hilltop mansion in Los Angeles up for sale. The rapper known as “Recession Proof” owns a three-acre property in Westlake Village, California, that is completely landscaped and features a mansion designed in the Tuscan style, two pools, rose gardens, and a full-size tennis court.
With the release of his album “The Art of Hustle” in 2016, Mario Mims made his first huge breakthrough. The album reached its highest position on the Billboard 200 chart at number four. It was the following year that his collaboration with Nicki Minaj on the song “Rake It Up” made it into the top 10 of the ot 100. The Collective Music Group (CMG) in Nashville is led by Gotti, who is 41 years old.
There is a one million dollar increase in the price of Villa Forza in Westlake Village compared to what Gotti paid for it in May. The roughly 10,000 square foot mansion, which was constructed in the late 1990s, has a single level of living space and looks out over the golf course at North Ranch Country Club.
The interiors are quite sophisticated. A huge foyer with a wide skylight and views of the backyard and hills beyond is accessible through double front doors made of glass and metal from the front of the house.
You will find a total of six guest/family rooms, a library, a family room that is connected to the kitchen where the chef prepares meals, and a living room that features a fireplace. There are a number of amenities that are featured in the master suite, including a home gym, an executive office, a formal dining room, two bathrooms, wardrobes, fireplaces, and jacuzzis.
Outside, the house is a sight to behold, with boxwood and rose gardens that are meticulously maintained, large palm trees, and calm waterfalls. There are a number of terraces that overlook the canyon, and they are perfect for dining and entertaining outside. Additionally, there is a reflecting pool and an infinity-edge pool.
