99% LOADING! Jadon Sancho, currently with Manchester United, reportedly wants January move to Borussia Dortmund

After having a public disagreement with manager Erik ten Hag, the 23-year-old was banished from the Man United first squad.

The Man United manager left Sancho out of the squad that lost to Arsenal in September owing to his poor performance in training, prompting Sancho to respond on social media by saying that he has “been a scapegoat for a long time.”

Even though Sancho has removed the social media post, he has apparently refused to apologize to Ten Hag.

Therefore, the Englishman has been advised to avoid using the club’s Carrington facilities with the first team.

While Ten Hag has no plans to back down from the argument, Sancho is still hesitant to apologize despite pressure from his teammates.

Sancho is reportedly poised to quit the Red Devils in the upcoming January transfer window due to the impasse.

90min reports that Sancho wants to return to Dortmund after spending four years there prior to joining Man United in 2021.

According to the article, Sancho has received interest from several German clubs, but returning to Dortmund is his top priority.

If Sancho’s situation at Man United doesn’t improve, Dortmund is reportedly interested in acquiring his services and a deal may be finalized before the January transfer window.

In 137 games for the German club across all competitions, Sancho scored 50 goals and dished out 64 assists.

It is unlikely that Manchester United and Dortmund will be able to agree on a high-value move during the current winter window, when United paid £73 million to buy Sancho from Dortmund.

The two teams may therefore come to terms on a loan transfer that includes a buyout provision.
