The Sunday Mirror claims that Sterling wishes to sell his Cheshire estate for £4.5 million, which would enable him to join Chelsea for £45 million and make a profit of £1.4 million after purchasing it in 2017.
The 27-year-old resides there with their two young sons and his fiancée, Paige Milian, a property developer.
