An Account of Jimmy Butler’s Jordan Brand Tour in China

Jimmy Butler recently thought about his team’s run in the playoffs last season and his goals for next season.

Jimmy Butler, a forward for the Miami Heat, has never been afraid to say something big.

He has made promises before, so his latest comments during his trip to China shouldn’t be a surprise. When CGTN Sports Scene asked Butler about last season, he stood his ground again in front of the microphone.

“Miami is going to win a title in the future,” Butler said.

This season, Butler and the Heat want to win the NBA title. After losing the NBA Finals to the Denver Nuggets, they are the most likely to sign Damian Lillard, who has been an All-Star seven times. It makes them even more of a threat.

Butler took some time to think about what the team did last year. He said it had an effect that would last. Butler rarely talked about himself. Instead, he gave credit for his successes to his friends and the team as a whole.

“Well, I mean, I think that working as a team was the most important reason we made it to the Finals. It was never about one person in the way we played all year,” Butler said. “It was always about the team and playing as a unit… We didn’t make it. Sometimes that’s fine, but it’s always about working as a team.”

Butler, who is known as a great leader, put the focus on his coworkers and praised them for the team’s success.

“Honestly, my favorite moments are when Gabe [Vincent] played well, when Max [Strus] had a great game, or when Bam [Adebayo] had a great game,” said Butler. “I enjoy seeing my friends do well. It makes me happy because I’ve always known what they can do.”

Vincent and Strus have moved on to other teams since then, but Butler still gave them credit. This shows what an excellent boss he is. Even after they left, he still thanked them for what they did. This says a lot about how he leads.
