Beyoncé and Jay-Z Splurge on $200 Million Mansion, Setting Record for California’s Priciest Home Purchase

Beyoncé and Jay-Z make a significant investment in a $200 million mansion, setting a record for the most expensive home purchase in California.

A brand-new record was broken by Beyoncé and Jay-Z. The famous couple recently purchased a brand-new opulent property in Malibu. The $200 mιllιon acquisition, created by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, who is now working on Kanye West’s future home, is the most expensive house in the state of California.

The mansion is also the second most costly in the nation; the most expensive residence in the nation is a $238 mιllιon flat in New York City. The 30,000 square foot, totally concrete home that the couple currently owns was once priced for $295 mιllιon, so they got a very good deal.

William Bell, who spent 15 years building the estate and is regarded as one of the world’s largest art collectors, was the former owner. For the construction of the 8-acre estate with a concrete pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the Paradise Cove neighborhood, Bell reportedly requested a $100 mιllιon loan.

The power couple previously bought a $88 mιllιon Bel-Air property back in 2017, making this their second Malibu acquisition. While on her successful world tour, Beyoncé is starting a new business and launching a new hair-care line.

Jay-Z and their daughter Blue Ivy were recently sighted at one of the performances. The couple cheered on the well-known singer and enjoyed her outstanding performance.
