Raheem Sterling is in talks to sell his £3.1 million Cheshire property to Trent Alexander-Arnold of Liverpool as the Manchester City star approaches a move to Chelsea.

The winger and fellow countryman Alexander-Arnold have talked about moving options. Alexander-Arnold wants to move out of his current South Manchester residence. He now shares a street with Paul Pogba’s former Manchester United teammate, Alisson Becker.
Sterling, on the other hand, is said to want to sell his Cheshire mansion for around £4.5 million. If he could do that, he would make a nice profit of £1.4 million since he bought it in 2017 and have the money to pay for his £45 million move to Chelsea. The 27-year-old man lives there with his fiancée, real estate business owner Paige Milian, and their two young sons.
