Doja Cat Snags a Charming Beverly Hills Residence for $2.2 Million

While she may not have taken home any Grammy Awards over the weekend, Doja Cat did recently pick up a new place of residence over in Beverly Hills for a cool $2.2 million. The midcentury home is safely tucked away past patches of elm trees and a long driveway, giving the singer maximum privacy, while its location also puts her near several local hiking spots.

The house boasts three to four bedrooms and two bathrooms across over 2,400 total square feet. Since its construction in the 1960s, the home has undergone a number of renovations. Several aspects have been updated to give the home a more modern energy, while others maintain the integrity of its original form.

When arriving, guests are greeted by a rock-lined flight of stairs, leading to the main floor, past the balcony overlooking the driveway. The living room offers an open space for gathering and almost panoramic window views of both sides of the house. Into the kitchen, the home’s white walls mix with grey slate and stainless steel accents.

The listing notes the penthouse floor, a.k.a. the master bedroom as “the epitome of bohemian-chic.” The extra-space includes natural wood paneling, a generous walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a grey slate bathtub and open-air shower. Outside, the property features a swimming pool and various seating areas.
