Drake’s Lavish Mansion in Beverly Hills Hits the Market for $88 Million

In a surprising turn of events, rapper Drake has put his extravagant mountain-top mansion in Beverly Hills up for sale, despite not having completed the renovations.

The luxurious resort-style property, which Drake acquired from English artist Robbie Williams last year for a staggering $75 million, is now listed on the market with an asking price of $88 million. The news of the listing was first reported by TMZ.

Spanning approximately 25,000 square feet, the residence was originally built over several years starting in the late 1990s for GUESS co-founder Armand Marciano, with design work by the esteemed architects at KAA Design Group. When Williams purchased the Tuscan-style home in 2015 for $33 million, he undertook extensive restoration work, replacing the Old World-inspired Mediterranean furnishings with more contemporary elements.

While it remains uncertain what modifications Drake has made to the property since his purchase, a glamorous real estate listing showcases the mansion, which appears largely unchanged from Williams’ ownership, as regularly documented on his wife Ayda Field’s Instagram account.

Situated at the end of a little-known cul-de-sac in a secluded area high above Benedict Canyon, the house offers breathtaking views of the canyon, cityscape, and ocean, framed by numerous majestic oak and olive trees. Accessible via gates and a lengthy driveway, the estate features an 11-car garage and a spacious motor court that provides ample additional parking space.

The recently staged interiors exude a soothing minimalist aesthetic, with neutral tones dominating the design. Notable features include a double-height lobby with a grand staircase, a living room boasting two impressive fireplaces, a wine cellar, a gym, an elevator, a kitchen with dual islands, and an upstairs master retreat complete with a private view balcony and a generously sized salon-style bathroom that surpasses the dimensions of many standalone homes. In addition, there is a dedicated staff wing and a separate guesthouse.
