Eminem, the iconic rap legend, enjoys a life of luxury in a massive mansion as he embraces retirement

One of the largest homes in Michigan was just put on the market. This house used to belong to Eminem himself.

Kyle Matta of Century 21 Sakmar and Associates says that Eminem bought the house at 5760 Winkler Mill Road in Oakland Township from the CEO of Kmart in 2003 and lived there until he sold it in 2017.

This house is 17,000 square feet and has six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Matta says that this place has an atmosphere like a resort.

“When you drive up to this house and go through the gates, it looks like the entrance where you’d leave your bags and have someone come out and take them,” Matta told MLive.

On the six acres of land outside, there are private walking paths. There is also a tennis/basketball area, a pool with a waterfall, a  нσт tub, and a cabana. There is even a private pond with many waterfalls.

The dining room and pool area inside have custom furniture all over them. Each bedroom has a different theme. The master bedroom is 1,600 square feet, which is bigger than many homes, and it has an office with a view of the fields of the property.

“It has a balcony where you can go outside and look out over the oasis, which is what I call the area with the pool, waterfall,  нσт tub, tennis court, and basketball court.”

The kitchen is really unique; it has 20-foot ceilings and two floors. It also has an entryway that goes through the middle of the top part of it.

Matta says that the house is alone and private because it faces Stoney Creek Metropark and nothing can be built behind it. The land is fenced in and has a guest house that is 2,000 square feet.
