Experience the paradise-like villa in Hawaii where Yo Gotti and his girlfriend reside, creating a resort-style living experience

Yo Gotti is listing his Los Angeles hilltop mansion for sale, less than a year after he bought it. The 3-acre completely landscaped property in Westlake Village, California, owned by the rapper known as “Recession Proof,” features a full-size tennis court, two pools, rose gardens, and a mansion designed in the Tuscan style.

With the release of “The Art of Hustle,” an album that debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 in 2016, Mario Mims made his first major breakthrough. His song “Rake It Up” featuring Nicki Minaj reached the top 10 of the OT 100 the following year. Leading Nashville’s Collective Music Group (CMG) is 41-year-old Gotti.

The amount Gotti paid in May was $1 million less than the purchαse price of Villa Forza in Westlake Village. Constructed in the late 1990s, the almost 10,000 square foot house has a single level of living space with views of the golf course at North Ranch Country Club.

The furnishings are tasteful. Double front doors made of glass and metal lead into a huge foyer with a large skylight and views of the backyard and hills beyond.

The living room has a fireplace, a family room connected to the chef’s kitchen, six guest/family rooms, and a library. A home gym, executive office, formal dining room, two baths, wardrobes, fireplaces, and jacuzzis are all incorporated in the master suite.

With large palm trees, peaceful waterfalls, and immaculate boxwood and rose gardens, the house exudes beauty from the outside. An infinity-edge pool and reflecting pool are also there, along with numerous terraces for al fresco dining and entertaining with views of the canyon.
