Inside Jordan Clarkson’s Glamorous Mansion: A Close-Up Exploration of Opulence and Joy with His Blissful Partner

When Jordan Clarkson sold his little used Sherman Oaks property for an incredible $7.5 million, he made a very significant move. This amount was more than the $6.8 million he had requested in the beginning as well as the $5.7 million he had paid for the home in late 2020 while he was still a Lakers player.

According to public records, the new owner of this modern home is Denver-based DJ and electronic dance music (EDM) producer Nick Miller, well known by his stage name Illenium.

.

If you’re unfamiliar with Illenium, he’s a talented musician who entered the music industry in 2013 as a little-known bedroom producer. His major break came in 2017 when he won “Remix of the Year” at the Electronic Music Awards for his work on “Say It”. Following that, he became well-known in the music business, making Forbes’ list of “30 Under 30” and enjoying success with his 2019 album “Ascend,” which reached at No. 14 on the Billboard 200 chart. Furthermore, Illenium has begun to play regular shows at well-known music festivals such as Coachella and Bonnaroo. His achievements are even more remarkable considering his past struggles with addiction.

Constructed in 2019, this walled and gated estate boasts an incredible array of facilities, all in the style of the modern farmhouse. With six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a sizable brick motorcourt, it spans eight thousand square feet. The inside has a rustic-chic flair with unique woodwork, lighting, and a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living areas. Highlights include a movie theater with a drop-down projector, a loft-style living area, and an executive office separated from the stunning “showroom” garage by a glass wall.

The gourmet kitchen is completed with opulent Wolf and SubZero equipment, a spacious central island with a breakfast bar, and a butler’s pantry. Adjacent to it is the family room, with a big fireplace with book-matched quartz stones and a vaulted ceiling. In the formal dining space, there’s also a transparent temperature-controlled wine showcase.

The house has two master bedrooms, the largest one with a steam room, two walk-in closets, a double bathroom, and a fireplace. There is also a lavish quartz bathroom in the room.

The spacious half-acre property is beautifully manicured and features level, green grounds. Among the outside features are a sports court, an integrated BBQ, a putting green, a patio with a built-in firepit, a pool and Jacuzzi with an infinity edge, and a cabana by the fire.

Zeev Perez of Keller Williams Realty Encino-Sherman Oaks represented the seller in the transaction, while Ken Zietz of Rodeo Realty represented the buyer, Illenium.

When everything is taken into account, Jordan Clarkson’s decision to sell his property for an incredible amount of money and the fact that well-known EDM producer Illenium purchased it demonstrate the connections between sports and music and celebrity real estate.
