There are not many details available about the estate of Golden State Warriors hero Curry.

The main living area has a modest guesthouse, built-in barbecue, floor to ceiling windows, a swimming pool, and a poolside cabana.

The 33-year-old’s Atherton mansion has few facilities because it was never put up for public sale.

In the whole Bay Area, Curry’s Atherton mansion received the highest price for a home in 2019.

The 1.2-acre site is situated in a gated community at the end of a seldom-used cul-de-sac.

Given the property’s irregular shape, desirable flatness, and extreme privacy—the gated house is surrounded by greenery and hardly visible from the street—privacy was undoubtedly a concern.

A lengthy gated driveway with space for at least six cars to park off-street is included in the estate’s renderings.

The impressive home’s front door is bypassed as the road leads to a separate three-car garage that has extra living space above the cars in a loft.

Prominent Atherton developer Joe Comartin reportedly used his speculation to build the property in 2019.

The new building is three stories tall and skillfully combines modern and traditional architectural elements.

Curry and his spouse Ayesha have been spotted on Instagram having a great time spending a night by their fireplace.

Ayesha uploaded a video on social media showing her overindulging in rum sauce, which resulted in a massive fire breaking out in their kitchen.

“That one time last week when I got a little heavy handed with my rum sauce,” the woman commented on the page. But that kitchenware! Indeed! Visit the link in my bio to see everything! I detest typing that.

The NBA superstar’s Atherton residence will run him approximately £250,200 in annual property taxes alone.

Curry’s Californa neighbours include his boss, Warriors owner Joe Lacob, WhatsApp billionaire Jan Koum, whose £60m+ mega-estate is located just two doors away.

And the Golden State Warriors point guard is practically next-door neighbours with real estate developer Dave Dollinger.
